Rochelle is a healthcare industry consultant with over 20 years experience. She is the former Director of Business Architecture at Blue Shield of California and Executive Director of Palm Medical Group IPA, an affiliate of Tenet Healthcare. She was also a Medical Delivery Consultant with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Georgia. She is fully versed in all aspects of the managed care claims management cycle and integrated health delivery system operations.

He is president of Jim Grigsby Consulting, a healthcare revenue cycle and management consulting firm; serving a variety of clients on cash generation, process improvement, and management consulting projects. He has a degree in Economics and direct healthcare financial management experience as revenue cycle director for hospitals ranging from 77 beds to a multi-hospital central billing office (CBO) in a for-profit system.  His proudest accomplishment is 16 former employees who hold management positions in healthcare.

Dr. Esteras has more than fifteen years experience in the health industry.  He is a physician and former regional medical director with BUPA International in Spain (Sanitas S.A.). He was also a regional manager and Primary Healthcare Medical Director at the Institut  Catala de la Salut ICS.  His most recent position was as Corporate Marketing and Business Development Director for Grupo Hospitaliro Quiron.
